		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t know if the schools are naive or just uninformed on the issue, but Prop. 30 will do nothing to help them.  Prop. 30 is Governor Brown&#039;s attempt to blackmail people into a tax increase...BUT...there is nothing that guarantees the money will go to schools.  And so it won&#039;t.  It will go to the General Fund.  It will be spent however the self serving politicians in Sacramento choose to spend it.  If you want to vote for a tax increase to help schools, vote for Prop. 38. I&#039;m voting against that too, but at least it would actually go to the schools.  Prop. absolutely 30 will not.]]></description>
