Opponent of Measure CC

I have lived in Laguna Beach since 1976 and I see Measue CC as merely a ploy by its authors to create themselves a steady paycheck.

Most of the properties they will attempt to purchase for open space are already destined to remain open space anyway. Why should we charge every homeowner in Laguna $120 a year to take these properties off the tax rolls?
