I often disagree with Michael Ray’s positions, but find myself in complete agreement here. You cannot legislate common sense. As Winston Churchill stated so succinctly, ‘If you have ten thousand regulations you destroy all respect for the law.’ He was correct, of course, but government loves power and fines, so don’t look for this, or any law, to be rescinded.
