To clarify, i believe in the ban, here in Laguna and internationally for that matter. Compostable materials are far preferred to petroleum based products. My point was we simply dont find many, if any in oour monthly 1st SAT clean-ups. Probably due in large part to cleaner streets, responsible consumers and the addition of more public trash cans through-out town.
