Raising the radar on raising heights
Editor: The "new" proposed height limitation ordinance for commercial zones is very complicated. It almost takes a "Philadelphia Lawyer" to understand it. There are two communities in California that are known for their quaint village atmosphere - Carmel and Laguna Beach. Full Story
Voting in paradise
Editor: I have been voting by absentee ballot since the entire machine fiasco in 2000. I generally take this ballot to the polls to get my "I Voted" sticker. The meeting was packed and I was excited to see so many Lagunans taking time out of their day to protest more coastal development. Full Story
