From one extreme to the other - 90 degrees last Sunday, 60 degrees this past Sunday. March 2008 is only the third March in 50 years with no measurable rain. The other two were in 1961 and 1997. The Next Quarter Begins
Stocks finished the quarter on Monday with the Dow at 12,262 and the S&P 500 at 1323. A year earlier, on March 31, 2007, they closed at 12,354 and 1421.
