Lagunatunes to Feel the Rhythm
Lagunatunes newest show, "Rhythms of Life" uses an eclectic mix of classical, jazz, and Broadway tunes to explore rhythms throughout the ages. The May 30 show, at 8 p.m. in the Artists' Theatre, 625 Park Avenue, will feature songs from Vaughn Williams to Fats Waller, madrigals and hymns to the musical "Hairspray. Full Story
Mozambique Screens Surf Film
Restaurant Mozambique will present a documentary filmof surfingthe Amazon River by Kevin Harrison and Kemp Curley. Original Stray Cats Reunite on Home Turf
Laguna Beach resident Lee Rocker and the Stray Cats will perform as part of the Lexus Summer concert series at Pacific Amphitheatre on Jul. 22 at 7 p.m. The Stray Cats are playing their only scheduled U.S. performance during the 2008 OC Fair, Jul. 11-Aug. 3. Full Story
Record Sales for Artist Benefit Fund
Guests view artwork for sale by Festival of Arts artists at Art-To-Go event at the Laguna Design Center last Thursday, May 15, hosted by Witford Interior Design Showroom.
