Waste Management isn't perfect - but they're not bad guys
Editor: Recently there has been a number of letters regarding the service provided by Waste Management (WM). I'm fortunate to live on a street, which receives the full service, and I make the most of that service. In fact I can often be found rummaging through other people's trash taking recyclables out of the trash and vice versa! Full Story

Editor: I am pro-choice. However, currently the state determines or severely limits our choices on: • What kind of fat you can eat (NY City) • What schools your kids must attend (no school choice unless you're rich) Full Story

Who knew there are so many days for heroes in May?
Editor: May should be heroes' month. I would remind everyone that Memorial Day (observed) is coming on up on May 26 and the regular Memorial Day is on May 30. It should be noted that Memorial Day is the special day to remember and honor those who died in service protecting our freedom during all the wars and conflicts. Full Story
