Skateboarders need a dose of common sense
Editor: I read the [5/30] article about the injured skateboarder and the letter entitled "Plea for Caution Over Cool", and both sent a shiver down my spine because just the day before I read the article and letter, I witnessed what could have been the same situation. Full Story
Genuine honesty and integrity
Editor: Angels walk amongst us... With all the negative we hear and read about our town, I would like to share a positive, heartwarming story. Last Friday morning I made a quick stop at Pavilions in North Laguna. As I drove away, I glanced at my left hand on the steering wheel and immediately pulled my car to the curb. Full Story
Aliso Canyon will be a horror story - not a fairy tale
Editor: Mr. Meyersí letter regarding the issues surrounding the Camp Dolph conveyance [6/6], pro Athens Group public relations propaganda aside, raises more questions about the title to this property than it answers in any informative way. Full Story
Flak attack
Editor: Dennis Myers sounds like a man delivering flakfor the Athens group in his critique of Ann Christophís May 23 article in which she expressed interest in conserving a pristine Aliso Canyon. They tackled the material about the Holocaust with a maturity that I would expect from High School performers. Full Story

Opponents of day labor site: LB was/is a sanctuary city
