Engagement Announcement
Julie Ross and Dr. Mark Brisley have announced their engagement. They will be married on Aug. 2, at Laguna Village on the Ocean in a sunset ceremony. Brisley has had his dental practice on Glenneyre Street in Laguna for 22 years, and Ross is the head nurse of the critical care unit at Chapman Medical Center in Orange. Full Story
