Sgt. Jenny Jones & Cpl. Bob Van Gorder Two Respected Veteran Cops Retired this Week
A pair of longtime Laguna Beach police officers retired from permanent duty this week. Corporal Bob Van Gorder, a motorcycle officer since 1984, was on patrol though Thursday after 27 years on the job here and sergeant Jenny Jones ended her 26-year tour in Laguna last Saturday. With her scheduled days off, Jones' officially retired this Wednesday. Full Story
