Local Candidates In No Rush to Declare
By WILLIAM HAGLE
This presidential election year lays a voting boom and boon in the laps of Laguna's voters. We can begin with mulling the big races, and marvel at Obama's visit last Sunday to Newport's Balboa Bay Club where he harvested $1.2 million in heavily Republican Orange County. Full Story
Preserving a Glimmer of Local History

When it comes to kayaks, city needs to do its homework
