Anticipated Crowds Wash Out Toll Road Hearing
The UC Irvine's Bren Events Center has cancelled its agreement to host the U.S. Commerce Secretary's hearing regarding the proposed Foothill- South toll road, which had been scheduled for July 25. The hearing was part of the Transportation Corridor Agency's appeal of the state Coastal Commission's decision, denying the project in February. The appeal was made to the U.S. Full Story
