Student Bus Passes Now Available
Parents of elementary and middle school students who want their children to make use of the school district's bus system need to submit a bus application and fees to obtain a pass for the school year that begins Sept. 2.
Applications have been mailed to all registered students, who will receive their passes by mail if submitted prior to the Aug. 15 deadline. Cost for a full year round trip pass is $265, while a semester pass is $144.
Parents who have not received an application should contact the district office across from Laguna Beach High School in the 600 block of Park Avenue and pick up an application. Those who submitted their applications after the deadline will need to pick up passes at the district office, which is open between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applicants should be prepared with their designated bus stop number.
If parents have questions about the stop number should be, please call Durham Transportation at 376-0376. Any other questions can be directed to the school district offices at 497-7700 x201.
