My most lasting memory of our family's Costa Rica adventure will be the roosters starting their daily routine, crowing before dawn. Help Make the Decisions that Save Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach is accepting applications from citizens to serve on its environmental and housing and human services committees. Both committees consists of seven members who serve twoyear terms. Design Review Reforms Now Under Scrutiny
Participants in the city's new "staff-assisted" Design Review process will be surveyed by mail in September to help determine how well the two year-old revisions in the process are working.
