Gallimaufry Takes 'Broadway' and 'Bard' to the Beach
Free performances Oct. 25-26
As part of their 2008 festival, Gallimaufry Performing Arts is producing two free performances on the cobblestones of Main Beach this weekend. "Broadway on the Beach," a concert of show tunes. will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, and "Bard on the Beach," a presentation of "Pericles Redux" by the Not Man Apart Physical Theatre Ensemble, will be held at 4 p.m. Full Story

Local Dancer Shines in Ballet's 'Nightspot'
Laguna Beach native Kristin D'Addario will return to Southern California at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion as a member of Miami City Ballet's corps de ballet, October 24-26. D'Addario trained at Laguna Dance Theatre and joined the Miami City Ballet as a student apprentice in 2003. In 2005 she was promoted to a member of the corps. Full Story
