Editor: On October 20, 2008 a good friend was crossing Glenneyre at Thalia in the crosswalk and was struck from behind by an automobile. He suffered a broken leg and will be off his feet for several weeks. The driver said that he didn't see him even though my friend was two thirds across the street.
