Four men in Scuba gear were arrested in two separate incidents of alleged lobster poaching at Woods Cove on Friday and Sunday, a game warden said. Costa Mesa scored 21 points in the fourth quarter - 14 of them on Laguna gifts - as the Breakers blew a 22-0 first quarter lead and the Orange Coast League crown on the short end of a 38-30 final.
