After seven years it's time to pay attention

A very disturbing experience

    Editor: The horrifying death of a Wal- Mart employee in Long Island on Black Friday as eager shoppers stampeded inside reminded me of a somewhat similar incident I saw earlier this year at the corner of Wesley Drive and Coast Hwy. Full Story

    Editor: Here we are between the Holidays. We just had Thanksgiving where the morning was spent with my 95-year-old aunt. She delighted me with stories of the five day trip to California from Pennsylvania when she was five with her eight siblings and, the importance of the coming Friday when she gets her hair done.     Editor: I know many Lagunans who were involved in slow growth demonstrations and concerned about overdevelopment in the late 1980s. Many of these folks now express concern about the current economic conditions. Full Story
