We need to support LAM once more

How short are our memories.

About 12 years ago the Laguna Art Museum was in merger talks with the Orange Co. Museum of Art in Newport Beach. What a commotion! Our town rose up to save our beloved LAM from the clutches of OCMA, and it was successful.

Fast forward 12 years and LAM is again facing support challenges. And do you think our town is behind LAM?

Think again. In speaking with a LAM board member I learned that LAM has 500 members from Laguna Beach. 500 members in a town of over 20,000. Not good.

Laguna, let's again step up again and support the oldest cultural institution in OC and a treasure in our art colony.
