New Restaurant Opens by Giving Back

Executive chef Lindsay Smith- Rosales along with her husband, Luis Rosales will celebrate the opening of a second Nirvana Grille in Laguna Beach at 303 Broadway on March 15.

Smith-Rosales will take the opportunity to introduce herself and her California-style cuisine while hosting a $65 per person fundraiser for Laguna's Friendship Shelter.

A Laguna Beach native and active community member, Smith-Rosales has donated time and effort to the Friendship Shelter's fundraiser Dinners Across Laguna, where people host guests in their homes in exchange for a shelter donation.

She is eager to support the cause once again and will contribute all of the profitsfrom the opening to the shelter.
