Well, the enemies of development and progress are at it again. Attacking in advance of what will become another wonderful improvement for Laguna Beach.

The Aliso Creek Inn, Golf Course and motel complex is the setting for a public meeting on Saturday, May 10, from 2 - 5 p.m. by the Athens Group, developers of the beautiful Montage Resort and Spa.

Lagunans will have the opportunity to view the site and catch a vision of what the planned improvements will mean to the benefit of Laguna Beach.

The Montage Resort, together with Treasure Island Park, is an example of what a company, such as Athens, can accomplish for a city. We are the beneficiaries of a successful development that has brought millions of dollars into the city for infrastructure and school improvements.
