Shouldering Responsibility for Aliso Runoff
Editor, This past weekend I participated in an organized bus tour of Aliso Creek Canyon. The issue is handling the increased (because of inland development) amounts of runoff water that now take Aliso Creek as their route to the ocean. I know I speak for the silent majority when I say I want the LBPD to respond five-cars strong with guns drawn when I report a burglary in progress.
