Talk Aims to Clarify Marine Reserve Proposal

In an effort to help local citizens better understand the proposed marine reserve for Laguna Beach, the League of Women Voters of Laguna Beach has asked Mike Beanan, vice president of the South Laguna Civic Association, and former assistant dean of students at UC Irvine, to provide an analysis of the proposals currently under consideration at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, at the home of Siggie Johnson, 616 Mountain View.
