Gary Gompf

Gary Joe Gompf, 73, of Laguna Niguel passed away on Oct. 31, 2009 after a long illness.

Gompg was born Nov. 19, 1935, in Logan, Ohio to the late Joseph and Jennie Gompf.

Gompf graduated from Logan High School and attended Ohio State University.

He is survived by daughter Judith of Pismo Beach, Calif.; two sisters, Margaret Bell of Lancaster, Ohio, and Kathryn Hurt of Centennial, Colo; and several nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.

As he wished, Gompf’s ashes are being retired to the Pacific Ocean.

A memorial celebration is scheduled at the Laguna Beach Canyon Club on Sunday, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m.
