Film Maker Aims for a Hug Record

   Inspired by the recent world hugging record of 7,777 hugs this past Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas, Laguna resident Christo Love will be attempting to hug as many people as humanly possible in a 12-hour period from sunrise to sunset before the spring equinox on Saturday, March 20. Full Story

Laguna’s AAUW To Award over $20,000 in Grants

    Local programs involved with education and needs of women and girls are invited to submit an application for grants from $200 to $1,000 to the AAUW Laguna Beach Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the Laguna Beach branch of the American Association of University Women, will award over $20,000 in grants.
